Being a lifetime New Yorker has given Barry Weiss a
unique perspective which he uses to his advantage in
his career as a successful litigator. His ability to
relate to and persuade the jurors of our city has resulted
in many large verdicts and settlements in serious injury
cases, as well as outstanding results in cases that
other attorneys felt had little or no value. Many attorneys
have referred cases to Barry for trial.
After graduating New York Law School and passing the
New York State bar exam in 1987, Barry embarked on his
career as a trial attorney. By 1990 he had amassed sufficient
expertise and clientele to co-found Weiss & Rosenbloom,
P.C. Since that time, he has devoted himself to representing
the people of this city who have been damaged through
the fault of others. Barry is admitted to practice in
the New York State courts as well as the Southern and
Eastern Districts of New York of the United States District
Courts.
Well-known as tireless and tenacious in the courtroom,
Barry is grateful to be in a position to make a difference
in the lives of people who need his legal expertise.
Outside the courtroom, he is deeply involved in his
New York City community where, among other things, he
particularly enjoys coaching younger children in a variety
of sports.
