Amy has successfully obtained more than
$60 million worth of settlements since the foundation
of Weiss & Rosenbloom. She honed her negotiation
skills while working as an associate at a prestigious
Wall Street law firm after graduating from law school.
Although she quickly realized that she wanted to advocate
for people rather than corporations, the invaluable
experience prepared her for the combat of the courtroom
and the conference room. Amy is proud to use her skills
in the tireless pursuit of justice for people who require
the protection of the law.
Amy believes that precision and preparation are the
keys to successful result. She thoroughly analyzes and
plans a strategy for every case that the office handles,
and continually re-evaluates cases at every stage of
litigation.
Amy graduated with honors from Fordham University School
of Law, where she served on the Law Review and was on
the Dean’s List. She earned a Bachelors of Arts
degree cum laude from New York University in 1983 where
she was awarded the Founders Day Award for achieving
the highest bracket of scholastic excellence. She is
admitted to practice in the New York State courts as
well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York
of the United States District Courts.
Amy lives in Manhattan with her husband, two children
and their dog. She is actively involved in her children’s
school and in the downtown
Manhattan community.
